Terms of Service

Thank you for using the services provided by Allifetools (hereinafter referred to as "Company"). These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users regarding the use of web-based tool services provided by the Company.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users regarding the use of web-based tool services (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to all web-based tools and content provided by the Company.
  2. "User" refers to all users who access the Company's services and use the services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "Content" refers to all forms of information or materials posted by the Company on the Service.

Article 3 (Posting and Revision of Terms)

  1. The Company posts the contents of these Terms on the Service screen so that users can easily understand them.
  2. The Company may revise these Terms to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws such as the "Regulation of Terms and Conditions Act" and the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection".
  3. When the Company revises the Terms, it will post the revised Terms along with the current Terms on the initial screen of the Service, specifying the application date and reasons for revision, from 7 days before the application date until the day before the application date.
  4. Users may discontinue the use of the Service if they do not agree with the revised Terms, and if they continue to use the Service, it will be considered as having agreed to the changes in the Terms.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

  1. The Company provides the following services:
    • Provision of various calculator tools
    • Provision of converter tools
    • Provision of generator and utility tools
    • Other services determined by the Company
  2. The Company may change the services it provides according to operational and technical needs if there is reasonable cause.
  3. The Company may suspend the operation of part or all of the service without separate notice.

Article 5 (Service Hours)

  1. The use of the Service is operated 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle, unless there are special operational or technical difficulties.
  2. The Company may separately designate available hours for each range by dividing the Service into certain ranges.
  3. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the following cases:
    • Unavoidable circumstances such as maintenance of service facilities
    • When a telecommunications service provider specified in the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services
    • When there are difficulties in normal service use due to overuse of the service
    • Other cases of force majeure such as natural disasters or national emergency

Article 6 (User Obligations)

  1. Users must comply with relevant laws, the provisions of these Terms, and matters notified by the Company such as usage guides and precautions, and must not engage in any behavior that interferes with the Company's business.
  2. Users must not engage in the following behaviors:
    • Registration of false information when applying for or changing service use
    • Impersonation of others
    • Modification of information posted by the Company
    • Using the service to engage in acts prohibited by law or these Terms or contrary to public order and morals
    • Other behavior that interferes with the normal use of the service

Article 7 (Copyright Attribution and Usage Restrictions)

  1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the Company belong to the Company.
  2. Users must not use information for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use information to which the Company has intellectual property rights, among the information obtained through the use of the service, without the prior consent of the Company, by means of reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Company is exempted from responsibility regarding the provision of services if it cannot provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
  2. The Company is not responsible for service usage difficulties due to the user's fault.
  3. The Company is not responsible for the loss of expected profits by users using the service, nor for damages caused by materials obtained through the service.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. Lawsuits filed between the Company and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Lawsuits concerning disputes between the Company and users shall be filed in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms are effective from May 3, 2025.
