The Company will promptly destroy the personal information once the purpose of processing personal information has been achieved. The procedures, deadlines, and methods for destruction are as follows:

  • Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is moved to a separate DB after achieving its purpose and is stored for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws, or is immediately destroyed.
  • Destruction method: Electronic file information is destroyed using technical methods that cannot restore records.

5. Use of Cookies

The Company operates cookies for user convenience. The information collected by the Company through cookies is information necessary for user environment settings and is unrelated to personal identification information. Users have the choice regarding cookie installation. By setting the options in your web browser, you can allow all cookies, verify each time cookies are saved, or refuse to save all cookies.

The Company takes the following technical, administrative, and physical measures necessary to ensure security in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws:

  • Technical measures against hacking: The Company installs security programs and periodically updates/checks them to prevent personal information leakage and damage due to hacking or computer viruses. We also install systems in areas with controlled external access and technically/physically monitor and block access.
  • Access restrictions for personal information: We take necessary measures to control access to personal information by granting, changing, and revoking access rights to systems that process personal information, and we control unauthorized access from the outside using an intrusion prevention system.
